Bad manners from drive thru cashier and manager

I urge all customers to stop using the KFC in Old Paarl Road, Brackenfell. I have never seen such bad attitude and manners from one of the drive -thru cashiers as well as the manager. They are getting paid to serve the public but who would like to have anything to eat from some one with a bad attitude let alone bad manners! If that includes the manager then I will suggest rather use another branch or another food chain.
