Bad mannerisms experienced at K.F.C dowerglen ext 9

I visited K.F.C Dowerglen the one situated at the corner of Linked fields off ramp. I ordered my meal my and requested for the box trays which I know kfc provides when you sit in and eat. When I asked the cashier she was willing to give me as she understood we were 3 adults sharing a family meal but how ever her ***orker comes from the kitchen in a very rude and arrogant manner , stating I pay 50 cents per tray and then I asked how must I eat , she gave me a plastic tray which wasn't very clean from my visuals. Money wasn't an issue but the way and manner she addressed the cashier and I was unprofessional, and she arguing with the cashier which was willing to assist saying nothing for free here, the cashier gave me 1 tray and we cut it and shared it amongst 3 of us, we had to wipe the table with our own tissue and their spray bottle cleaner, as all the tables had left overs on it from the previous customers. I will never personally use that branch again as my entire mood was spoilt. I work in the service industry and being for the past 16 years , I would never portray such unprofessionalism and arrogant behavior. The toilets had a bad smell coming from them. It was clear there was no cleaning staff on duty. I am not sure if K.F.C is cutting costs on cleanliness. It's very upsetting to receive such customer service.
