Bad Manager

I would like to bring to your attention the poor service i got from your branch in cape town blaauberg kfc. I went there on 11 Aug 2015 to enjoy a Sunday meal with my family and sit down and enjoy the view. I bought each person a streetwise 2 and ask the cashier if she can give me one meal with a side and center breast. My request was denied, i ask for the manager and she also could not assist me and then called another manager with the name Parison. I waited 40 min for him as he came from another branch. When he arrived i explained and he bluntly refused me as-well. I have never had this problem at any KFC, also the way it was handle where is your passion for customer service how much profit will you loose by loosing a R4 on a piece of chicken to keep a customer happy. I work for at the worlds biggest online retail store we start with our customers and work our way back to ensure customer satisfaction and that is how we got to be the biggest, customer trust and know if there is a problem we will take care of them. To me it felt like the manager wanted to show the shop full of customer he don't take shift from customers. You have lost me as a customer.
