Bad management service from KFC Roodepoort

Its so amazing that the manager at KFC Roodepoort Khutu, that the manager who was on duty last night I think its her name was so so terrible in assisting me yesterday. the service had no level at all, the worst service I had ever encounted. I had to drive from Randfontein all the way to Roodepoort and still had to experience the most horrific experience after having to spend R200 of their food and still get the most nastiest experience. I honestly don't know where KFC get their management. They have absolutely no customer experience...She did not acknowledge the fact that I had to drive all the way from Randfontein to her store with petrol so high, I would think that did not matter to her coz she does not drive so therefore she does not care at all. This is terrible, i am not pleased at all with KFC right now..
