Bad management service

I bought a 5 peices of kfc only to find out the meat we we're severed was rotten Bonnie attended the case and offered to give us another 5 pieces which happened that it was the same problem and that was fair<br> ly a risk to my life and health when I got to the store I asked for the manager that attendend my complain and she was claimed to be off duty where as she was slightly visible in her office then the staff called Yandiswa then we refused to speak because I felt Bonnie was being rude and neglecting so Yandiswa went on to call Bonnie after 5min she came back saying Bonnie won't come for what ever reason so I calmed myself and re logged my complaint to her only to find out she tend to defend Bonnie's bad service my matter went unsolved and still unhappy. All in all the service delivery was bad they have put my health at risk and claimed not to care about it I found selfish.
