Bad management. Incompetence!!

We have been sitting in the drive thru for nearly an hour. No movement. We can't get out as we are jammed in front and back. It's pouring rain.. I asked what the hold up is.. The manger sounds asleep and incapable of communicating. Another customer told me chicken is finished. Fire the manager!!
