Bad management

After ordering KFC at promanade drive thru, via telephone, I booked a transportation service to pick up my order, to my surprise the manager named Nola, who I called and spoke too, said she received my order and I can just come pick it up, when I got there, she told me that she sold my order cause we took our own time... I am simply fuming of anger and I think her people skills and Telecommunication is extremely bad, she had an attitude and we needed to drive fast cause she needed to go home, that is totally unacceptable
