Bad KFC service and response on complaints

Accompanied a friend who bought a twister meal there and they started by delaying us,as we bought at 14h03 and only got our meal at 14h21, and I had personally asked how long it will take when I bought and was told less than 10 minutes but no one explained when there was a delay until I went to enquire (they gave us extra chips for the delay). When my friend opened the twister while on the bus he found ought the contents inside the wrapper were starting from only half of the twister going down. I went to complain at the said store only to be told there's nothing wrong especially since it was a sweet chilly twister. I have a picture of the twister if we could attach here.
