Bad kfc service

Worst experience as usual in the kfc meerensee. Waited for an hour in the drive through after being greeted with an attitude by the lady at the drive thru. After all that waiting i was served with a crunchy burger with a patty that was so hard to even take a bite on it. You can tell it has been prepared long before it was served. I am highly disappointed with that store, it never have condiments with its meals too.
