Bad kfc service

So I was at kfc at olivienhoutbosch from 19h54 and I got my order at 8h30,I was told u to wait for 20 minutes by their arrogant cashier by the name of lizzy,I don't know how KFC hire such people toand serve customers u must just put her were we are not gonna see her,and while,so at 8h16 I went inside to ask I was assisted by Donald whom told me toas wait for another 7 minutes ,of which they ddnt manage to compete this order ur service is power and such people like lizzy must not b were the customers will see them ,they must just b in the kitchen simple,ur service is so bad,I am going to spread the word to everyone if it's how u train them to serve us as ur customers then u are doing a gtreat job of chasing us away,I am not saying fire her but she must get training on how to deal with customers
