Bad KFC experience

So this was my complaint I sent on Jan 6, I am truly dissatisfied with KFC Monument Heights Kimberley....Today we are on our way to Cape Town ...we stopped at KFC to get some lunch....We bought 3 All Star lunches and a Hawain Twister meal...worth R260...but we could not order any big burgers as they did not have buns...then they had no normal coke....and no tomato sauce...waiting a while for our food ..we got into the car and drove as Cape Town is still far away....when opening the twister it was burnt....and the chips in the all star boxes was so little. We counted the one packet and it had 8 chips....this is so unacceptable...we pay the price but the quality and service was so pathetic....I took photos..my order no was 816....please get back to me....

So I get an reply from KFC Jan 6, which I think is an automated message but any case.... In this email the thank me and they apologize for the inconvenience and that they will be taking it up with the branch.... they refer me to a link.... the KFC taste guarantee link ...clicking on the link it gives you an error....no wonder.... Up to now not a reply of any sort....

I support KFC's a lot in Cape Town.... and never the bad service, no availability or cheating with the food as with KFC Monument Heights Kimberley.... and then no reply when you complaint....

I truly feel that KFC Head Office must stand in for one of their poorest branches ever...
