Bad KFC drive thru experience

Around 20:15 on 5 October 2019 I went to KFC Heritage Park to get some dunked wings. I ordered 10 Dunked wings and proceeded to the payment window. Paid for my order then proceeded to the collection window. The lady assisting me at the collection window said, "Hi sir. We only have 7 dunked wings. Do you mind if I give you a Hot & Crispy chicken piece to replace the 3 short dunked wings?"

I accepted, but only because I didn't have much of an option. I had driven all the way already and didn't feel like going through the refund drama.

I arrived home and started eating the dunked wings. First bite and my mouth was on fire. It tasted like a zinger wing that just had a bit of the dunked wing sauce on it. If I wanted zinger wings, I would have ordered zinger wings. There is a massive difference between the zinger and dunked wings. I know this because I never order the zinger wings because they are too spicy for me. To top it all, the wings weren't crispy at all, in fact very soggy (probably because they were drizzled with the sauce on the last minute).

Midway through just forcing the wings down, I took a bite and saw that the wing was very undercooked (basically raw). I put it down and grabbed another and it was also undercooked.

After wanting 10 dunked wings, I only received 7 and half of the 7 were undercooked.

Such service from a KFC branch that I regularly visit is unacceptable. I always speak well of KFC Heritage Park in Somerset West. But today I've been more than disappointed
