bad irritating service

just walked into kfc ranburg now in the morning to make a purchase using my bank card stood in a line and was told only when I got to the till and mentioning what I wanted that its cash only, no sign put up anywhere to say perhaps that their speed points at out of service or what that lady jst said cash only as if I was irritating her with my card. that service to me is bull and I'm very and I mean very mad and angry at kfc randburg. and if there's a problem with card pay points can they put a noticeable sign before we walk into the store to stand in a queue and be told that , time wasted.
