Bad horrible service

<p>Me and my friends ordered food and we had to wait for an hour and on top of that we are so hungry. we asked to speak to the manager since she said that someone already collected our order and she decided to stay behind the scene (she doesn't wanna come out).</p> <p>what ****ed me off is that she's got guts to not come out and apologize to us and keep on sending staff memebers to come and hear the complaint.</p> <p>this is the worst horrible service ever, so to the top management of KFC South Africa please train the store managers to value customers and speak with them especially the one here in Green Point </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>and in my understanding since she then said our order is collected dont the request a till slip before you handed your order and please make understand they have to scatch the till slip that you did collect your order, so if so why are we then told that someone collected the order but we had the till slips with us.</p> <p> </p> <p>And yes I am that customer who voice out </p>
