Bad food served to customers

I purchased a dunked burger meal from KFC in Cresta mall on the 11/04/2023 ,took a takeaway as I was in hurry to get back to work and to my surprise the burger was dry not dunked and no sauces were added absolutely not was is advertised ,as a Loyal client when I come to KFC there is an expectation of the food standard I expect to be met but yesterday was an overall bad experience with the meat being small and dry and unfortunately I couldn’t return the meal as I had already left Randburg when I discovered was was served to me
