bad food quality

I think that KFC used to be value for money,but these days its a whole different story,when you visit a kfc now you get bad service by rude staff,bad portions and the chicken,burgers and hot wings are not what they used to be,got kfc two weeks back from a kfc in pmb,hot wings were small and not hot at all,some of the chicken were under cooked and the zinger burgers that came in the box combo are a joke,they are the size of snack burgers
