Bad food once again

Kfc did it again...thought I would give them another try...so took the wife for supper at Kfc in rosmead again...bought a zinger box meal and a fully loaded box meal for myself... plus 4 extra pieces of chicken that we were going to take home to the kids..the mash and gravy was cold and didn't taste normal... the chicken was again raw and the zinger wings tasted old...not to mention that as soon as we put the packet down in the car the entire packed broke apart letting all our food fall across the car floor... this has happened again in a space of 3 days....totally unacceptable...was too far to drive back as we were on way to family in hout bay... or I would of complained to the manager...this needs to be fixed
