Bad food experience

I bought a twister meal from kfc galeshewe kimberley last week Thursday. The chips was over cooked and the chicken strips in the twister were dry and cold. I left a comment about my dissatisfaction as per till slip and till today no reply. Do you even check what your customers are saying?
