BAD FOOD, EVEN WORSE SERVICE

I bought a meal at KFC, c/o Spine and Weltevreden, Mitchells Plain. When I got home, I saw that the mash and gravy was very dark with black bits, smelled awful and upon tasting - had a taste of burn. Tried calling the KFC as it’s quite a stretch from me, however no answer - even the regional manager who’s number I googled went to voicemail. I decided to take a trip back to KFC. they then told me they’ll make a new batch. I was in a hurry and headed home. Got home again to find the same problem. Tried calling - no answer. Decided to log a complaint on their site, couldn’t get that sorted. Emailed KFC, someone got back and said they will escalate it to the store for assistance. It’s been 3 days - I am still waiting, burnt mash and gravy still in my fridge as the dog don’t even want to eat it.

Over and all, KFC in mitchells plain - awful. KFC complaints m, a waste of time and energy. Try to refrain from buying and complaining.
