Bad food Bad service

I have always been going to KFC ottery. There chicken was never the best but it was bearable. Lately going to this branch has been a full on nightmare. Two weeks ago i bought my wife and a fully loaded meal. Whilst i was eating i went on Facebook and i saw a update and pic that some one found a magot in there food i never told my wife as we litterally just finished our meal scared she would worry n stress about the food and she preganant so told her a couple days after. The next morning i felt sick. Tummy running and alota gas. Nevertherless i went lasnight again thinking maybe it was a once off lets have KFC. I promise you i got sick a couple of hours after that. So im not a person to complain about food but the service you get at this branch is pathethic. Cuatomers fighting with staff cause they messed the order cuatome4s arguieing with each other because they asking question about there food. This litterally happen all lasnight. Drive through is packed no order at this branch. Order tv not working. Staff shouting at one another. No man *** man. I called the manager this morning explaining my experience and how i got sick. No empathy no sympathy nothing. Go to the doctor and get a note to prove you we sick i muat pay 400rand to prove i was sick. You think im mad o dont need your free food or voucher i want to take this higher my wife is damn preganant what of she had to get sick. This is unacceptable. I would like to get a call back from some 1 i will take this to social media. I will take it to the branch and make a scene. We as public has been taking **** service to lightly and thats why a manager can tell me just like that.
