BAD FOOD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

KFC in Mall of Africa. The service is so bad. Last month I bought a meal and got to the office, the chicken was off, a bit pinkish. I work night shifts, and it is not nice if you get to the office, the meal is not worth your money. Today again I went to buy and it's still the same.

Another thing someone in management must talk to the front ladies, they don't care about customers.

I don't know if they think that's a ****a shop or something. People are suffering in silence.
