Bad food bad customer service

I bought at KFC in Blue downs 4 meals n 24zinger wings n the 2meals was so oily and as if the chicken was made in old oil there was only 1sauce n 1 spice no s**** for the 2coleslaws and the zinger wings dry now I've layed a complaint and they only want to only give streetwise3 when I paid r250 for everything however all I needed was the 2meals atleast to be granted and the wings but even the customer service is bad.
