Bad Food and Service @ KFC Lyndhurst

I'm very disappointed with what KFC Lyndhurst did to me tonight.

1stly, I order my meal and request a hot sauce ON THE SIDE. I collect my order and the lady calls out my order. Without even checking, I drive off. To my surprise, when I get home, there is NO hot sauce. 2ndly, I again use my petrol to go back to KFC to let them know that my meal is missing a hot sauce, only for them to tell me it's inside the 'burger' and that it's a miscommunication. All good and well, I took that story and came back home. Only to find the dryest crunch master I've seen. There was no 'original' sauce that comes with it, let alone the sauce I was told was put inside of it due to miscommunication. My petrol, having to make 2 trips to KFC only to be **** to and for the food to be dry is really not on.
