Bad food and service

KFC Rosebank the Zone the service is so bad and the waiters are so rude especially Jennette if I'm not wrong. let alone the food. Bought dunked box but the meat was not dunked, chips were so dry they didn't even want with ketchup and spices but yet we bought.
