Bad food and service

I ordered 24 hot wings and was given normal wings without chilli, i had to return and wait 12 minutes to be given the same wings. I returned them again, had to wait for almost and hour for this order, this is unprofessional, and inconviniencing. Finally i was given my order and this time they just added a lot of spice and the meat was too salty. I have never tasted such a bad KFC and still they had no chilli. This was a horrible experience and a waste of my money. Therefore, i would like for this matter to be dealt with. When we buy KFC no matter where its situated we expect to get the same taste. KFC at bellville next to pick n pay its not living up to the standards. I just wasted my money on a bucket of wings that taste horrible, i am so dissappointed. If they were out of chilli they should have atleast informed me. I had to wait for an hour to given salty, spicy wings with a bad attitude.
