Bad Food and Horrible Customer Service !!!

I am by far no where near happy with the food or the customer service agent Simphewe. I know your company is not customer centric but please have the decency of giving me what I pay for. This is now the second time I did not get my coke that pay for and I dont get the money back and to make matters worst the food was not nice and the amount of dry pieces and the small chips you put for me and my family is a disgrace. I pay for food and expect to get what I pay for irrespective of the ****py customer service. Someone can email or call me to sort this out
