Bad Food and Customer Service

I purchased 10 zinger wings from KFC Gatemax twice and both occasions I received wings that where dry and very crispy as if you was eating cardboard, they had no taste at all. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and advised her of the problem and she advised me that they had no power and she will call me once the power comes back. I have still not received a call back to rectify the fault to date.
