Bad food and bad customer care

Bad customer experience the food is horrible you should be reported to the health department. I have sent complaint on complaint and the only reply is that i will be contacted 3 weeks now and nothing. you do not give the product you advertise and for which we pay lots of money for. Do you actually see the amount of complaints on FB? your Branches is really in a sorry state. the food is not presentable nor nice at all. you better start doing something as i for one is done with KFC.
