Bad Food

Good Day, I bought my family some KFC from plattekloof branch cape town as we were out the entire day on Sunday. I personally like the zinger wings - they were terrible had no taste no tang and dry. The chicken pieces were as well tasteless and dry (except for the breast were not dry) like they had cooked it without spice . I had sent my son in to buy the food and maybe the staff thought its time to get rid of old stock him been young , that is may impression. Lastly this not the first time we have had issues with the food quality from this branch and normally get from the N1 Branch. I just feel when you don't feel like cooking and want some takeaways ( which is not cheap) it needs to be fresh and cooked as it suppose to be and be a disappointment that we landed up making food - KFC HEAD Office contacted me with reference CAS-842158-G5G9S9 and said store would call me this was several weeks back , i have sent emails to head office with no response. Last time I buy from them pathetic they cant give a curtesy call.
