bad food

very disappointed with the food i bought at KFC ENGEN TUGELA N3, the family treat meal did not have chips , the zinger wings where hard and only got the wiglet part, even the chicken was not fresh at all. the meal was really not worth my money's and kindly requesting for my money back or a voucher that i can give to my mother as she is the one who likes your food. i am really do not like KFC and thise is the very reason i will not be buying it again. still have the till slip
