Bad experience with KFC and Ubereats

I ordered 3 bucket for one at KFC Braampark branch. I wasn’t able to edit my adress on the Uber eats app and when I wanted to change it, the app didn’t allow me. I resorted to cancelling the order so I can reorder. Uber eats charged me a penalty fee of R156, my whole meal money. How come?? I want my full refund from either both companies. This is unfair and unacceptable.
