Bad experience with kfc

Good evening

I had a very bad experience with kfc delivery, they canceled my order and did not inform me I called several of times and they kept on dropping the call, when I called probably the 10th time they answered and told me my delivery was canceled and then informed me that my money will only be placed into my account within 7 to 14 working days which is ridiculous.

I would really like a solution to this nightmare. Kind regards Georgia kindo
