Bad experience, waste of my money.

I went to KFC Belhar, the Airport Mall branch.

I ordered the 10 piece family bucket with the three sides. I also ordered two zinger burger meals.

When I arrived home I noticed that there was a packet of zinger wings short and three large chips were not placed into the bag, the two cooldrinks were also not given go me.

I then decided to drive back to the branch to go and collect my food (another R50 petrol wasted). When I arrived there, I told the lady about the missing items, she then proceeded to apologize and gave me the missing items.

Upon getting into my car, luckily I did not leave as yet, I checked the bag, and yet again, the chips were not added, only the zinger wings. I went back inside to make them aware of the issue and then I was given the chips.

When getting home again, I thought myself and my family would enjoy a lovely meal. However, the zinger burger bun was EXTREMELY dry, I merely choked on it. The "fillet" on the burger was extremely dry and there was hardly any chicken only one big blob of KFC fried batter. This was for both burgers. The chicken was extremely oily and smelly. The chips were white and had absolutely NO chilli salt on it and the drinks were flat with no gas.

I tried calling the branch numerous times as I was not about to drive back again, my family meal was spoilt. I paid Over R300 for something that was not even edible. We ended up eating toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches.

This was definitely not value for my money. I don't think KFC would ever see me again.
