Bad experience, Never again!!!

At KFC Game centre Gaborone we ordered our food, and paid. While we were waiting for the food, i saw one of the food handles ***** a handful of Chips from the tray and he disappeared into a corner to eat it. When we received our food, we took it and left. A few meters away from the store the bottom part of the paper bag tore, and all the food fell out of the containers onto the floor. Luckily, it happened in front of a table of the Botswana police service and they witnessed i did not drop the food intentionally. The bag i had in my hand was torn at the bottom, the top was still in place. My wife called one of the attendants, and asked for a supervisor. The staff members were very rude. Eventually one of the supervisors came out and also accused us of deliberately dropping the food onto the floor. Only when the police service intervened and told them the food was not dropped deliberately they attended to us. They picked up the food and disappeared into the back of the store. We stood in the front of the store with staff pointing at us and making remarks in setswana. After i walked into the back of the store, the manager spoke to me and her attitude stinks! Extremely bad service.
