Bad Experience - KFC Ben Fleur

Yesterday 04/12/19 I went to KFC Ben Fleur Witbank and purchased a zinger burger with extra sauce and 3 piece chicken (wanted to try the new masala chicken so asked for 1 piece to be swapped). As my order was getting made I was called to the counter and told that they were out of masala chicken so what was I to do but take the original chicken. When I got home and opened my burger there was only a bun with tomato, lettuce and zinger sauce but no chicken. I tried calling all the numbers that I found on google but none of them was active. It was already close to the closing time so I was not going to make it to drive back there. Oh and another thing the time shown on google for closing is 22:00 pm however the store actually closes at 21:00 pm. This was the first time I bought at that store and I must say it was a terrible experience.
