Bad experience

Good day I am from KFC in Hebron Mall in North of Pretoria, I do not believe I took my time and petrol to drive to that KFC, I don't even know if these cashers are being trained to serve customers before being put on the floor or not.

I went to buy a bucket of KFC, and ducked wings, when I got there, the cashier by the name Conny looked like she had no intentions of being there,the shop was full and she was the only one helping, and taking her time too. When I eventually got to her I was told wings are not available, then I order the meat, I was told I have to wait.

I really want KFC to compensate me, the place felt like I am @ a sphatlo place, the staff there is not even enthusiastic to help customers. I had a very bad experience there.
