Bad experience at KFC
I received a R50 DSTV voucher to use at any KFC. I bought a Streetwise 5 at KFC Worcester, the lady put the voucher's code on the system and told me I owe R35. Perfect, but then she told me there is no chips available. I mean if she told me that when I placed the order I would have stopped tge order before she used the voucher. So now I am left with a used voucher and I must settle for a small mash & gravy, which I don't eat or a cooldrink. They must put up a sign or tell customers in advance that their is no chops available. I am very dissapointed in KFC for a bad experience.

06 May 2022, 13:55I also called the KFC customer care line, spoke to a lady and she told me to hold, while she transfer me to a person who can help me with my problem. I was put on hold for 10 minutes but no one answered. Remember this is a customer care line and you get this type of service. Sorry KFC but you dissapoint me after I've been a loyal customer.
