Bad experience and bad food

My partner and I were in the Houtbay area we decided to get meal from KFC Houtbay, the lady who assisted us to choose our meal was friendly and helped us choose the All star box meal for two, however when we drove to the window where you pay and collect, the lady who assisted us was busy chatting with her colleagues she mixed up our drinks and also gave us meals excluding the chips, the worst part of this experience was when we stopped to enjoy the meal then we discovered our burger buns were burnt.. You could even smell that their burnt what a bad experience we couldn't even enjoy the meal R170 down the drain.. Our receipt number or order number is 9888 and I took pictures as evidence
