Bad experience

Bought a 10 peace chicken (family treat) and 1 box of Jelapino fries at KFC Benoni on Tom Jones Street. I was given the chicken without the jelapino fries and I had to remind them about the fries and I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming that I got 10 peace only to find that I got 8 peace instead. I am not prepared to drive to them again for the 2 peace but I want a solution as I paid for 10 and not 8 peace.
