Bad experience

Hi everyone.. We ordered KFC on 26 August 2025 and had a terrible experience from the KFC Shell, Century City. We have emailed them to complain but received no response until today. The wraps we ordered were dry, and the filling was simply not enough for the amount of money we paid.
