Been to the kfc a few times hoping the quality of food will be better and everytime surprises me of how bad this kfc really is. Also heavily overhired people. You dont need 20 people so build a burger and pass it to a customer. What is this?

Then found that an item was cancelled and I had to re order.The cuppachino was cold and you had to ask for sugar and a s****. Staff was unhelpfull and on their own planet.
