Bad Experience

Last night we went to KFC Ennerdale to get some food. The teller then says that their soda machine is not working and practically forces us to take buddy cold drinks at R10.00 extra with our meals. We actually ended up just getting burgers. Shouldn't the store give what they have (at no additional cost) to customers? It is not the customer's fault that the machines don't work!! This is also not the first time it happened at this store.
