Bad experience

Yesterday we decided to have a late lunch at KFC @ carnival mall. Service received was good n staff was very helpful. However when we received our food different story, chicken smelled burned. Food was fresh like the chicken was from the previous day so they refried it hence the topping burned but the inside was cold n you could taste it's not fresh. I personally prefer KFC it was my first bad experience. Very disappointed
