Bad experience!!!

Unfortunately this is not a good review, and as a customer I hope to get some feedback...

I stopped at KFC Beyerspark to get some dunked wings and a wrap. After swapping my credit card twice at the drive through and being told the machine keeps saying connection lost or please wait I decided to go in... I then went on my banking app to see if the transaction went through, it showed both times it did. I showed the cashier and the manager/ supervisor this and was told please swipe your card again, after doing it a third time I was told the previous two transactions will be automaticly reversed?

The transaction "went through" the third time... and I was given my food. I decided to check my food as I got in my car just to see I was given to zinger wings instead of four dunked wings as orderd. I then went back in to get the right wings i orderd and was given my dunked wings without hesitation or being asked for my slip,before I left I was told that I need to bring my bank statement in to get the money back.

So either this was just a bad experience or one of many that this KFC benefited from?
