bad drive thru service

On th 28th of November at around 9pm, my family and I went to the KFC in Howick's drive thru. The lady operating the till was so rude - she told us to wait to place our order she's only one person, then took our order incorrectly... Which we realised when we got our food. We went thru to her again only for her to tell us she didn't hear that part of our order so its not her fa ult. Her attitude was uncalled for as it took almost 30 minutes in total for us to get what we wanted... Absolutely ridiculous at a drive thru. I have had enough of KFC Howick's bad service as they giggle and take their own sweet time to serve paying customers
