Bad delivery service

i ordered KFC online and the nearest KFC is KFC GOLDFIELD MALL in Welkom, upon delivery the driver just jumped the street from the restaurant and told me that my pgs. shows that place and i told him that i am down the road in stateway but he refused to go back to the store and explain to the manager or atleast try to resolve the problem he blatantly told me he will be cancelling the order, i called the customer care the assistant on the KFC call centre was very helpful and understood my frustration however the driver was very rude and very eager to cancel my order and i wonder what will be happening to that food that was inside the pack and be taken back to be sold to other customers while it was on the heat for more that 20 minutes and that will make me question the quality of food at KFC, because if he can do this to me to me i am sure he does it to other customers

i am writing this review because i love KFC and it has always been my favourite resturant and i always receive exceptional service from that place but the outsourced company for drivers should get their act together and give their drivers the customer service training
