Bad delivery service

I’m very much disappointed with the service delivery from KFC Durban Devernport. I ordered food from kfc to be delivered to king Edward vill hospital and the good part about the app it allows and corrects the address for you meaning you won’t go wrong with the delivery address, I went to wait for my order for a good 30 minutes and while waiting I received a call from the delivery company kfc uses that they are at the address which they were not , I told the lady who was very rude to me explaining to her that the address is correct however their drivers were the ones that were lost coz king Edward is in Sydney road. Fast forward my order was returned to kfc I’m talking about an order made requested at 17:15 it is now 19:18 and still my order is not delivered.... I don’t know probably Kfc should rethink this delivery service they are using coz it is not the first time I’ve experienced this problem the other one on the instructions it was written that the order to be left by the security guard mind you you pay prior for these orders but they said I was not there and took my order with them and did not even receive a refund
