Bad delivery service

I've place an order at 18:45 and the order came around 20:30 and the was no communication as to what the hold up was.This is a terrible service from kfc the kids had to go to bed on an empty stomach.This is a **** service cause we are the ones who keeps this business afloat.🤬🤬😡😡
