Bad delivery service

I made an order via the Kfc delivery call center , I called into enquirer about the food as it exceeded the 30-40min time frame and the manger could not take accountability but rather blame the call center , I can’t call in to request an order and in that 40-45 min the food has not left the store, these people are in literally about 10min away from us

The manager even had the audacity to ask if I want the order or not.
