Bad customers services and bad food

I have been to the kfc in Steeldale jhb. They severed me chicken that was still raw. I have been sending emails to there customer service but i never get anyluck as no one replies and if they do its after a couple weeks. KFC os the worst when it comes to customers services cause its like they just dont care
